How to reach high places when painting.

How to reach high places when painting.

Donna Cullens shares how to reach high places when painting, without balancing precariously on a ladder.

Putting off decorating your high stairs or landing? Maybe you don’t like heights or your ladder isn’t tall enough. Using a paint brush attached to a long extending pole with tape, Donna was able to complete her diy project easily, and for the rest a roller was used in the same way. It’s a simple solution to a common problem.

A lot of masking tape involved to make sure the brush is secured at the right angle

The ingenious idea, attracted nearly 8k likes on the group, with many members saying they were going to try it for themselves and others stating they had done similar.

Although Donna used an extending pole, you could use a broom or mop handle if the ceiling height allows.

Top edge is a doddle, especially if you’re using the same colour as the ceiling
Corners? No problem!
